Hill Repeats

Sunday afternoon run, 3 February 2013.

6 × 1/4 mile hills* at ~ 2:35 up, 2:05 down, with ~ 30 seconds rest at each end. 

*Gmaps pedometer says 239 ft. of elevation gain per repeat!

I'll be sore tomorrow. . .

But the good news:  sunshine.  Singlet weather!
